1) Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of ICON STAR INDIA services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including any future modifications published on the platform.
2) Agreement & Parties
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and ICON STAR INDIA, having its registered office at
F-08 Commercial Belt, Greater Noida – 201308 (U.P), governing all services provided through its web and mobile platforms.
3) Eligibility
Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Persons below 14 years of age or previously suspended users are not permitted to access the platform.
4) Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ICON STAR INDIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading data.
5) Username & Password
Your registered mobile number acts as your username. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality. ICON STAR INDIA never asks for passwords via call, SMS, or email.
6) Coupon Redemption
All coupons and offers are issued by third-party retailers. ICON STAR INDIA bears no responsibility for disputes, losses, or damages arising from coupon usage.
7) Bill Payments & Recharges
Users may perform mobile, DTH, and bill payments subject to availability and operator confirmation. Successful processing depends on banks, billers, and networks.
8) Payment Instructions & Reversals
Once submitted, payment instructions cannot always be reversed. Any reversal attempts may attract additional charges recoverable from the user.
9) Commission Adjustment & Service Charges
ICON STAR INDIA receives varying commissions from operators. The Company may adjust user commissions or debit service charges based on operator payouts, transaction volume, or business sustainability.
10) Failed or Delayed Transactions
- Incorrect payment details
- Insufficient funds or limits
- Bank, network, or biller delays
- System failures or force majeure events
Users may be notified of failures via registered communication channels.
11) Prohibited Activities
Users shall not misuse the platform for fraud, impersonation, illegal activities, system abuse, data scraping, malware distribution, or unauthorized access.
12) Privacy & Data Usage
User data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform indicates consent to data collection and processing as per policy.
13) Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. ICON STAR INDIA does not control or endorse such sites and is not liable for their content or services.
14) Billing & Statements
Transaction summaries may be provided in a format chosen by ICON STAR INDIA. Charges will reflect on bank or card statements as configured merchant descriptors.
15) Suspension & Termination
ICON STAR INDIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
16) Limitation of Liability
ICON STAR INDIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed INR 1000 or the amount paid for the service, whichever is lower.
17) Disclaimer
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. ICON STAR INDIA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and may charge a service fee of Rs. 99 per day where applicable.
18) Arbitration & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration and exclusive court jurisdiction shall be Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
