All Sales Are Final; Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Recharge, bill payment, and related service transactions processed through the ICON STAR INDIA platform are considered
final and non-cancellable. Once a transaction is completed, no cancellation, exchange, or refund shall be
permitted, except as expressly stated below.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of the mobile number, DTH account number, operator, and service
details entered at the time of placing the order. ICON STAR INDIA shall not be liable for Recharge or bill
payment transactions made against an incorrect number or account due to user error.
However, in the event that the transaction amount has been successfully debited from your bank account, card, or wallet,
but the Recharge or bill payment is not successfully delivered within 24 hours from the time of transaction
completion, you may report the issue by emailing our customer support team at
[email protected].
Your email must include the following details for verification and investigation:
- Registered mobile number or DTH account number
- Operator or service provider name
- Recharge or bill payment amount
- Transaction date
- Order ID / Transaction reference number
Upon receipt of complete information, ICON STAR INDIA shall verify the transaction with the relevant
service provider and payment gateway. If it is confirmed that the amount was debited without successful service delivery,
the eligible refund shall be processed within 72 working hours.
All approved refunds shall be credited back only to the original payment instrument used for the transaction.
No cash refunds or alternate payment modes shall be entertained.
